The first thing you need to do is fill in the application linked here. This provides us with the basic information we need to create your GroupRes Solution’s Account. Please call us at 805.419.2144 and you will be assigned to a GroupRes Account Executive for assistance. We can have you up and running and receiving the benefits of your GroupRes Solution in no time.

Your GroupRes Account Executive is an independent representative that will continue as your personal account manager to assist you in establishing your account, make sure you and your colleagues have the training you need and will continue to be your primary contact should you ever have any questions or problems.

Your GroupRes Solution consists of a personalized portal resident on our server. It will be customized with your name, logo and information. We provide you with a GroupRes logo that links to your new GroupRes website which your web designer can easily incorporate into your own website.

At your GroupRes website you can use the Page Builder to create custom Reservation Pages for any or all of your meetings. You can also create logins for those you wish to be able to use Page Builder and logins for those you wish to be able to access the features you designate in the Report Section.   There is absolutely no cost to create your GroupRes Solutions Account and your custom branded GroupRes Portal. There are no monthly or annual minimums and our Agreement can be cancelled at anytime. There is no charge for Training or Support. The only time that charges are incurred is when an attendee makes, changes, or cancels a reservation. For accounts that average under 5000 reservations per month, the cost is $3.00 per reservation and $1.00 for a change or a cancellation. When you create a Reservation Page using Page Builder it will ask you how you want to pay the reservation fees. You simply put in a credit card to cover all transaction costs for that particular meeting. This can be a corporate card or a card provided by the meeting sponsor. There is no charge for using your FlashRes Portal.
  There is absolutely no cost to create your GroupRes Solutions Account and your custom branded GroupRes Portal and your custom Reservation Page Templates. There are no monthly or annual minimums and our Agreement can be cancelled at anytime. There is no charge for Training or Support. Our monthly flat rate fees range from $250.00 to $750.00. You can actually earn cash credits against these fees for referring users for our comprehensive Meetings and Conference registration application, SnapRes.

  Once we have created your account and your personalized GroupRes Solution website, your GroupRes Representative will walk you through the process of using Page Builder and also assist you in learning the Report Section features. These are very easy processes which you will master quickly. However, your GroupRes Representative is always just a phone call away.
